President and Chief Executive Officer
Larry Singer founded Aspen Consulting Group in June 2001. He has over 30 years of program management experience supporting a diverse client base, including I2WD, NVESD, CECOM Software Engineering Center, and multiple Army Program Managers. Prior to starting Aspen, Mr. Singer was the Manager of NJ Operations for Windermere Information Technologies and Modern Technologies Corporation.

Steve Pizzo brings to Aspen over 30 years of experience as a Senior Electronics Engineer for the Intelligence and Information Warfare Directorate, PM Signals Warfare, the Electronic Warfare Lab and Planning Research Corp. Steve is responsible for driving excellence in systems engineering, design, development, integration and testing of next generation SIGINT, IO, EW, and Cyber tech base initiatives and programs.
